What I built

Built an AI-powered conversation-intelligence pipeline that automatically audits every sales call. When a Zoom call ends, Fathom generates a summary, Zapier fires a webhook to Make.com, which parses the payload, runs a GPT-4 prompt scoring timeline, questioning, objections, and pricing, formats a scorecard, and posts it to Slack within minutes. Includes production-grade error handlers, retries, and failure alerts to a dedicated #automation-errors Slack channel. Zero manual review effort from the team.
