What I built

Built a fully autonomous AI outbound calling system using VAPI, Make.com, and GoHighLevel. The AI agent qualifies leads, handles objections, and books appointments in real time — syncing directly to Google Calendar and the CRM. Multi-stage follow-up sequences trigger automatically based on call outcome (booked, not interested, no answer). The client's team stopped making cold calls entirely. Integrated transfer_call_tool for seamless human handoff when requested.
