What I built

Automated the full guest communication lifecycle and internal operations for a property management company running multiple Airbnb listings. Built on Make.com integrating Guesty, SuiteOp, Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail. Covers booking confirmations, check-in instructions, automated cleaning and maintenance task dispatch on checkout, 5-star review request sequences, and real-time Slack alerts for the team. The property manager went from 3+ hours of daily manual communication to fully hands-off operations.
