GHL → Dropbox Document Sync (9+ Months in Production)

What I built

Built a zero-maintenance document sync system that automatically pushes GoHighLevel uploads and Signwell signed contracts to structured Dropbox folders with full deduplication and idempotency logic. Error-resilient retry mechanism handles edge cases silently. Has run uninterrupted in production for 9+ months without a single manual intervention or support request. The client described it as "set and forget." Handles hundreds of documents per month with 100% accuracy.
