What I built

Built an intelligent appointment booking agent on n8n for CareerSwipe. The workflow captures customer info, checks current time and business hours, queries Google Calendar for availability, uses an OpenAI AI Agent node to handle natural conversation and edge cases, books confirmed slots, and responds via webhook. The AI handles rescheduling requests, unclear inputs, and out-of-hours queries intelligently. Fully automated booking — no human involvement from inquiry to confirmed calendar event.
