What I built

Built a multi-step GoHighLevel internal automation workflow that auto-generates lease term sheet drafts for Massachusetts and New York State properties. Triggered by CRM pipeline stage changes, the workflow pulls contact and property data, applies state-specific lease clause logic, populates a document template via Signwell, and routes to the relevant agent for review. Reduced term sheet preparation from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes per property. Handles 50+ term sheets per month in production.
