Call Summary → Conditional Email Routing — Zapier

What I built

Built a Zapier automation that captures call summary webhooks, splits into conditional paths based on call outcome and client type, and routes personalized follow-up emails via Gmail to the right recipient with the right message. Path A handles interested leads with a follow-up proposal email; Path B handles non-interested contacts with a soft nurture sequence. Zero manual email writing after calls — the right message goes to the right person automatically within 60 seconds of call completion.
