What I built

Built a complete property management automation suite for Falium using Zapier. Integrations include: Facebook Lead Ads → Google Sheets CRM, Xero invoice creation from booking data, Guaranteed Rent website enquiry capture, Airbnb management enquiry routing, Circleoops task assignment, investor form processing, and payment request generation. 10 interconnected Zaps running live, covering the full property lifecycle from lead capture to invoice. Saves the management team 15+ hours per week.
