What I built

Designed and built a 7-page Jotform onboarding form for Space'M Online, a digital education platform. The form guides new members through a structured welcome journey with progress bar, conditional page logic, institutional selection, media uploads, and custom branding. Connected form submissions to automated welcome email sequences and CRM record creation. Reduced manual onboarding admin from 2 days per cohort to fully automated. Designed to handle large batch enrollments smoothly.
