What I built

Built a Zapier workflow for a property management client that automatically creates Xero sales invoices from Google Sheets booking data, applies additional charges (guest charges, extra fees, cleaning fees, discounts), creates Booking.com records, and syncs everything to Guesty. Multi-step workflow with 7 sequential Xero actions ensuring every line item is correctly categorized. Eliminated manual invoice creation entirely — the accountant now receives clean, accurate invoices without touching a spreadsheet.
