What I built

Built a Make.com automation running every 30 minutes that reads incoming leasing inquiry emails via Gmail, passes them to OpenAI (ChatGPT/DALL-E) for intent classification and response drafting, logs structured data to Google Sheets, routes via a Router module, and sends appropriate responses through OpenPhone for SMS or Gmail for email — plus a Slack notification to the team. Handles hundreds of inbound leasing enquiries per month with AI-generated responses, zero manual reading required.
