What I built

Built a large-scale Make.com file organization automation for a GoHighLevel-based business. The scenario handles incoming files from multiple GHL triggers, applies naming conventions, sorts documents into structured folder hierarchies, deduplicates against existing files, and maintains an audit trail. The workflow diagram spans hundreds of modules across multiple execution paths. Runs daily with consistent success — processing thousands of documents per month with error-handling at every branch.
