What I built

Designed and built an end-to-end lead generation and appointment booking pipeline for a tree service company. The system scrapes and qualifies leads (100+ exclusive leads/month), feeds them into a VAPI AI voice agent that calls and qualifies prospects, captures interested leads into a structured CRM spreadsheet, and routes qualified leads into an appointment booking workflow. Full pipeline from cold lead to booked appointment — the business owner focuses only on showing up to quotes.
