What I built

Built a Make.com scenario running every 15 minutes that searches Google Calendar for upcoming events matching specific criteria, checks against business rules, and triggers follow-up actions (notifications, CRM updates, or task creation) based on event details. Used for automated appointment reminders, pre-call preparation triggers, and no-show detection workflows. Lightweight but high-frequency — processes hundreds of calendar events daily with reliable scheduling and built-in error handling.
