What I built

Built an automated lead management system for Robin Estates using Google Sheets as a lightweight CRM. The system captures inbound leads from multiple channels, auto-populates structured fields (name, phone, address, budget, confirmation status, moving date, guarantor status), tracks appointment bookings, and flags follow-up priorities. Connected to email and form capture automations feeding data directly into the sheet. Handles hundreds of active tenant leads simultaneously with full visibility for the lettings team.
