What I built

Built a Make.com automation processing Google Sheets form responses to create categorized tasks in ClickUp. The system filters duplicate entries, validates missing required fields, and assigns correct priority levels and team members using multi-route conditional logic. Only fully validated tasks are created — preventing cluttered backlogs. Handles task creation across multiple ClickUp spaces with different routing rules per department. Saves the operations team 4+ hours per week in manual task entry.
