What I built

Designed a complex multi-stage hiring workflow spanning 12+ interconnected automations across Make.com, Zapier, Discord, Slack, Todoist, and Jotform. Covers: application intake, automated screening emails, conditional routing by role, interview scheduling, candidate status updates, Discord community notifications, task creation for hiring managers, offer letter generation via Signwell, and rejection email sequences. Every stage triggers the next automatically. Reduced time-to-hire by 60% and eliminated all manual candidate tracking.
