What I built

Built a multi-stage intelligent email automation using Zapier and the Claude API (claude-sonnet). Inbound emails are classified by intent (sales inquiry, support, partnership, spam), a structured context-aware draft reply is generated with full conversation awareness, urgent and high-value threads are instantly routed to Slack with full context, and all interactions are logged to Google Sheets. Fallback handling ensures zero dropped messages. Processes full inbox triage without any human sorting required.
