What I built

Built a comprehensive Tableau dashboard providing regional sales deep-dive analytics for a multi-state retail business. Dashboard surfaces: revenue by state and category (Furniture, Office Supplies, Technology), bottom 10 cities by profit, regional manager performance, segment trends, customer value matrix, top 15 customers, and most returned products. Designed for C-suite consumption with interactive filters and drill-down capabilities. Replaced manual weekly Excel reporting with a live, self-service analytics tool.
