What I built
Built a comprehensive guest communication automation for a short-term rental management company using Guesty and Make.com. Automates: booking confirmation emails, pre-arrival check-in instructions, key code delivery, mid-stay check-in messages, checkout reminder sequences, cleaning team task dispatch, and post-stay review requests. All triggered by Guesty webhook events and timed relative to check-in/checkout dates. The client manages 20+ properties with zero manual communication workload.
