What I built

Designed an AI cold-calling and appointment-booking system for a health-insurance agency. A Vapi voice assistant (powered by OpenAI GPT-4o Mini) runs natural outbound calls, qualifies leads and books consultations. Make.com scenarios orchestrate the flow end to end: webhooks, routers, tools, JSON and HTTP modules check real-time calendar availability, create GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM contacts and tags via the LeadConnector API, log every call to Google Sheets, schedule meetings in Google Calendar and send confirmation emails through Gmail - fully automating prospecting, scheduling and CRM updates.
