What I built

Built a brand-experience and concierge-gifting operations system for a Shopify e-commerce brand (CollectIF). In Airtable I designed a multi-table base - Companies, Concierge Projects, Usage, Inventory, Allocations, Invoices and a Sync Log - linked to Shopify orders. On top of it I built a Softr client portal where homeowners and partners see their Brand Experience Program, projects and invoices (draft/sent/paid/overdue). Monday.com boards manage the custom-deck queue, storefront fulfilment and sales pipeline, while automations keep inventory, orders and billing in sync across every system.
