What I built

Built an AI voice agent that qualifies inbound callers and captures quote details for a signage company. A Vapi assistant runs the conversation, collects service info (contact name, phone, address, logo, property type, site-survey needs) and uses a transfer_call_tool to hand off to a real person on request, in E.164 format. When the call ends, Webhooks by Zapier catch the VAPI tool-call data and create a HubSpot contact with every field mapped, while a second Zap uses Paths to send a formatted call-summary email through Gmail - turning each phone call into a structured CRM lead and quote.
