What I built

Built an n8n automation that powers and processes an AI voice agent for real-estate cold calling. A Vapi assistant runs the calls, then n8n takes over: an AI Agent node (OpenAI + MCP tools) analyses each call and extracts structured outcomes - interested in selling, wrong number, do-not-call, appointment booked, sentiment and follow-up notes. Switch nodes route by result, and Airtable 'create or update contact' nodes write every field back to the CRM, tagging leads and scheduling AI follow-ups. Hosted on n8n cloud, it turns raw calls into clean, qualified CRM records with zero manual logging.
