What I built

Automated end-to-end operations for an Airbnb / short-term-rental management agency across Make.com and Zapier. I built 50+ scenarios and Zaps connecting Calendly, Gravity Forms and AidaForm to Slack alerts, Google Sheets, Notion databases, Google Drive documents and Brevo email sequences. Flows handle booked calls, new reservations, guest onboarding and check-in/out, document completion, Fathom meeting notes, Facebook lead ads, GoHighLevel CRM updates, SuiteOp reservations and Xero invoicing - with routers, filters and error handling keeping every booking, payment and guest touchpoint in sync.
