What I built

Built an AI-powered leasing assistant for a real-estate company using Make.com. Running on a schedule, the scenario watches Gmail for inbound tenant and prospect emails, then uses OpenAI (GPT-4o and Whisper) to read, classify and draft responses. A central router branches the flow by intent - logging every lead and unit to a Google Sheets leasing tracker, sending SMS via OpenPhone, posting alerts to Slack and replying through Gmail. Break/error handling keeps the scenario resilient. The result: leasing inquiries become organised, auto-answered leads with synced availability and follow-ups.
