What I built

Built an AI-powered sales call auditing system. When a Zoom call ends, Fathom auto-generates the transcript and Zapier catches it, then POSTs the payload (transcript, rep name, call date) to a Make.com webhook. Make parses the JSON and runs a chain of OpenAI (GPT / o-series) prompts that score the timeline, line of questioning, pitch, prospect Q&A, objections and pricing discussion against a custom audit rubric. The formatted review is posted to a Slack channel (#sales-call-reviews) and tagged to the rep, with built-in retries and #automation-errors alerts on any failure.
