What I built
Designed an Airtable CRM and lead-management dashboard for a mortgage business. The base tracks every lead through a New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted / Not Qualified pipeline, capturing name, email, phone, state, loan type and mortgage balance. A custom Airtable Interface surfaces today's leads, totals, status bar charts, a mortgage-balance pie chart and live filters. A Make.com scenario feeds the system automatically - capturing Meta (Facebook) lead-ad submissions and syncing them straight into Airtable records, so new mortgage leads land in the CRM and dashboard with no manual entry.
