What I built

Built an AI-driven inbound email system for an agency. Multi-step Zapier Zaps catch inbound replies, find the sender's domain and route them through Paths and filters. The lead is pushed to Clay for enrichment (company, role, firmographics), and the flow waits for the enriched data via a sub-Zap. ChatGPT (OpenAI) then drafts a personalised, context-aware reply using the enriched fields, which is sent back automatically as an email response. Formatter steps clean the data end to end - turning raw inbound messages into enriched, AI-personalised replies with no manual research or writing.
