What I built

Set up and managed Make.com automations for a cold-calling agency running multiple client organizations. Each caller (10+ sub-accounts) has its own scenarios for outbound calling, CRM updates and reporting. A core flow pulls prospects from Google Sheets, sets variables with Tools modules, fires HTTP/API requests to the dialer and writes call outcomes back to the sheet. Additional scenarios handle calendar booking, CRM call summaries, PST date/time formatting, GoHighLevel (GHL) updates, Facebook leads and a Webflow integration - giving the agency a multi-client cold-calling and CRM engine.
