What I built
Connected an EPOS (Eposly) point-of-sale system with the client's CRM and productivity stack using Zapier. I built Zaps that sync customers both ways - EPOS Customer Created and Updated events flow into the CRM, while new or updated Salesforce contacts are pushed back to EPOS, keeping records consistent across both systems. Store transactions are captured automatically. Additional Zaps turn Google Calendar events into Todoist tasks (create and update), so scheduling drives the team's to-do list. The result is a hands-off bridge between point-of-sale, Salesforce and task management.
