What I built

Designed and built an end-to-end hiring and recruitment automation for an agency, implemented across GoHighLevel, Make.com and Zapier. JotForm applications feed the pipeline, where candidates are scored, tagged and moved through stages in the GHL CRM. Make.com and Zapier orchestrate the logic - sending automated emails/SMS, creating Todoist tasks for the hiring team, routing applicants by role and fit, and granting accepted hires Discord access and roles. Architected in Miro first, every application, interview and onboarding step now runs hands-free across all six tools.
