What I built

Built a Make.com automation that syncs GoHighLevel (GHL) file uploads and signed documents straight into Dropbox. A custom webhook fires whenever a contact uploads files or completes a signed document in GHL; the scenario downloads each file via HTTP, then creates or finds the right client folder in Dropbox. A Make data store tracks records to prevent reprocessing, and a dedicated 'Dropbox Duplicates' scenario searches folders, aggregates results and renames items to avoid duplicates. The result replaces manual file sorting with a reliable, auto-organized document pipeline.
