What I built

Built Make.com scenarios that automatically organize a busy inbox into Notion and Dropbox. On a schedule, the flow pulls new Gmail messages, then uses OpenAI (ChatGPT) to classify and summarize each email by topic and intent. A router branches the data: structured records - sender, subject, summary, category and date - are written to Notion databases, while attachments are iterated and saved into the right Dropbox folders. The result turns a chaotic Gmail inbox into a searchable Notion knowledge base with every document backed up and organized in Dropbox - no manual filing required.
