What I built

Set up and ran a GoHighLevel SaaS agency (Spotlight GB) with white-labeled sub-accounts for real-estate clients. I configured GHL in SaaS mode - sub-account provisioning, snapshots, pipelines and workflows - including a 'welcome customer' enrollment sequence. Then I built a Vapi AI voice agent ('Riley') powered by OpenAI GPT-4o that runs outbound real-estate cold calls, qualifies prospects and books appointments; it handled 150+ calls at 100% connection. Vapi assistants and phone numbers were wired into the GHL CRM, so every AI call flows into the client's pipeline and follow-up automations.
