What I built

Built an AI voice agent for a real-estate company (Robin Estate). A Vapi assistant ('Riley', powered by OpenAI GPT-4o) handles inbound and outbound property calls - answering enquiries, sharing property details, qualifying leads, booking and rescheduling consultations, and transferring to a real person on request. Custom Vapi tools (book consultation, check availability, get property data, end call) call Make.com scenarios that check live GoHighLevel calendar availability, create CRM appointments, log every call to a Google Sheets master sheet and send end-of-call reports.
