What I built
Built an AI-driven applicant screening and CRM automation for Vadma, a practitioner certification program. In GoHighLevel I structured the full funnel - pre-qualified quiz leads flowing into opportunity pipelines by region (US, UK, Germany) and stage. Applicants run through an AI interview platform with automated resume screening and proctoring. n8n (self-hosted on Railway) catches completion webhooks - JSON payloads with interview ID, score and status - and pushes results back into GHL, moving each candidate to the right stage automatically.
